Parking - Click for Parking Layout All guests should insure that they have the proper parking location for your condo.  Contact your rental company for details. Tropic Winds features assigned parking in the parking decks under the building, spaces around the building, and within the North Garage across the street. Guests that do not know their parking location or that have an additional vehicle may utilize the unreserved spaces in the north parking garage across the street. Anyone that parks in another owner’s space may be at risk of being towed. Rules and Regulations Resort rules and regulations can be viewed here.  Each unit is individually owned and may also be subject to specific rules as set forth by each owner.  Please inquire with the owner or owner’s property management company for any additional restrictions.  Rules are posted at the property in the 8th floor office area. WOW! Cable/Internet - Click Channel Guide Cable television service is provided by WOW!  Information regarding the cable TV channel lineup can be located by clicking the Channel Guide button.  Internet service is the responsibility of each condo owner. Please consult with the owner or their property management company regarding instructions for accessing the internet in your condo.  Free internet is available in the conference room on the eighth floor. FunPCB.com (Aquatic Adventures) - Beach Chair Service - Available March thru October Beach chair set-ups are provided by FunPCB (Aquatic Adventures).   Many owners have beach chair contracts and provide beach chairs to their guests.  Daily beach chair rentals can be arranged with Aquatic Adventures at the hut behind the building. Beach Safety Your safety is important as you enjoy our beautiful beaches. Please be mindful of current water conditions and warning flags. Beware of rip tides and undertows, they can be deadly.  Guests are required to adhere to beach warning systems.  Beware of shallow diving into the sand bar.  Sand bar is shallower than it appears, neck and spine injuries can occur. Leave No Trace The City of Panama City Beach has passed a Leave No Trace ordinance.  The Leave No Trace ordinance is strictly enforced.  If you leave personal belongings on the beach overnight, they may be removed.  This includes canopies, tents, frames, beach chairs, etc... PLEASE PICK UP YOUR TRASH. DON’T LEAVE IT FOR OTHERS TO PICK UP. Warning No Lifeguard On Duty!  Swim at Your Own Risk. Be advised that Tropic Winds Condominium does not have lifeguards on duty at the pool, hot tub, and beach areas.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Swim at your own risk.  No jumping or diving in the pool or hot tubs. 

Condominium Information The following Tropic Winds Condominium information may be useful for all guests.  Each condo has an assigned parking space. Please know the parking space that is assigned to your condo.  All  owners and guests should abide by the Tropic Winds Rules and Regulations as provided below.  The building cable provider is WOW!. The beach chairs are provided by Aquatic Adventures (FunPCB.com).  For your safety, please note and abide by the Beach Warning Flag system.
